I recently stayed at this hotel in Hitchin and was truly impressed. The value for money was excellent, with prices that were much more reasonable than other places I've stayed. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the friendly and helpful staff to the comfortable bed in my well-furnished room. The location in the town centre was perfect, with easy access to a thriving restaurant area and other amenities. I also loved the walk-in showers in the rooms, and the view of the church was a lovely touch. The breakfast was a highlight, with a self-service buffet offering a wide array of high-quality items.
All was more than okay during my stay.

Very modern, clean, and comfortable hotel. Excellent staff who were professional yet friendly, polite, and courteous.- Buffet-style breakfast with a good choice of options.
No air conditioning in the room and had to request an extra blanket. Slow service in the restaurant, waited for 2 hours for a burger and had to cancel the order.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions. the location was convenient, only a short walk from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The room was small and cramped, with no view of the surrounding area. the shower was not very powerful and the bathroom was outdated.
